The New Beginning
Today, December 21st, is the Winter Solstice.
Millions of people are celebrating the end of the Mayan Cycle and return of light.
I believe that we all have an specific role on this planet and when light shines in our heart, a door opens in our mind and our path seems more clear.
I want to celebrate today and be grateful for what I have.
Be mindful, live in the present.
I recently got across a website, Heart Fire Gateways, where Tristan gives a few clues into meditation.
So, what I wish for you, today, is a state of stillness where your mind is quiet, peace easy in your heart and gratitude becomes your way of living.
